- 10. 1 tsp vinegar
- 11. 1-1/2 tsp red chilly souce
- 12. 1 tsp ketchup
- 13. Salt to taste
- 14. 1/2 tsp black papper
- 15. Pinch ajinomoto
- 16. 2 cup noodles( boiled)

Ek frypan mei oil garm kare,usmei ginger, garlic daale,halka saute kare ,ab esmei sabhi vegetables onion , french beans, cabbage,carrot, capsicum daal kr saute kr le .ab sbhi sources mix kre, vinegar, black papper , ajinomoto,salt mix kre ,sabhi acchi tarah mix ho jaane pr noodles add kre, continue stir krte hue 3-4min cook kr le .gas off kre, serving plate mei nikale aur spring onions k green part se garnish kre.
